Folinq Child Safety Standards

Prohibited conduct and content

• Creating, uploading, requesting, possessing, distributing, promoting, or facilitating content or conduct that sexually abuses, exploits, or endangers a child is prohibited.
• Grooming, sextortion, child sex trafficking, soliciting sexual imagery or content from a child, and similar conduct are prohibited.
• Users may not use Folinq to create, share, discover, request, or facilitate CSAM.

Reporting and enforcement

Users can report suspicious works, comments, accounts, or private messages using Folinq's in-app reporting tools or support channel. After obtaining valid notice, Folinq acts in accordance with these standards and applicable law to restrict or remove CSAM and review related accounts.

For confirmed cases, Folinq follows applicable legal processes for reporting to the relevant regional or competent authority.
